Yes, we offer a paid trial period (1 week at least & at most 1 month} for clients to assess the compatibility and effectiveness of our virtual assistant services before making a long-term commitment.

Our pricing varies based on the type and complexity of the tasks you need assistance with. We offer monthly retainer packages that are paid upfront. For short term projects we agree on a package based off the work scope and project duration. Whereas for short-term temporary tasks, we use an hourly pricing rate of $ 18 USD per hour.

If you're not satisfied, we will work with you to understand the issues and, if needed, provide a replacement virtual assistant or make necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction. Where we are not able to come to an agreement we would end our contract amicably.
